At Gold Rush Tees, all orders are prepaid and custom-made, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect. We’ll always send you a proof to approve before printing, and standard turnaround is 7–10 business days (rush service available). Local pickup in Toronto-wide shipping are offered, with costs shown at checkout. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
